I have played countless of hands of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
