I have bet on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $5 wager

Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
